The Goddess Cornerstone Series: The Art of You

Have you ever considered yourself a work of art? The Goddess Cornerstone Series does just that and more! We have created a four week workshop that teaches women to honor the power that lies behind their beauty, and how to overcome destructive patterns that might blemish your masterpiece. Because the truth is beauty is not a size or a shape, it's a feeling! Each week includes guidance that builds upon the previous week to improve self-esteem and overall quality of life. Nicole is passionate about bringing you the truth, you are a goddess! So please come and join your fellow goddesses for a workshop that will show you magnificence that is already in you!
Week 1: Invoke the Goddess
This workshop starts by exploring the most powerful tool women have to emanate their beauty,
their mind! Nicole will show you simple ways of cultivating good feelings about who you are
(not who you should be). That way you will begin to understand how to move your thoughts
in a positive direction, and your life will be sure to follow!
Week 2: Embody the Goddess
This week you learn to really love your body inside and out! By reviewing the different
"diets and cleanses" you see on the market, as well as the importance of exercise we
hope to inspire you to move! Our bodies are a direct reflection of our feelings. When
you begin to love and nourish your goddess body, you instantly feel better about your
image.
Week 3: Worship the Goddess
Have you ever wondered how to use fake eye-lashes, how to keep a curl, or how to prevent
razor burn? This week we explore different ways to accentuate and worship your outer beauty.
We will cover tips and tricks the pros use from make-up and hair, to clothing and body
language. We can't wait to show you small, easy secrets that will make big differences
in your life.
Week 4: Be the Goddess
On week four we come together in celebration! This is a night of sharing our experience.
We encourage all the goddesses to come in there finery. There will be poetry, goddess
readings and LOVE! Let the bonding begin, as we really take time to get to know and
value each other. You will receive a gift in honor of your dedication to yourself, and
the Cornerstone series.

This is not the sex education class you took in high school! This adults only class will
review physiology, psychology, techniques and tips for a great love life. Yes, you can
learn age-old secrets of great sex at any age! Come and join our instructors for the
wildest seminar you have ever experienced! Seating is limited so registration is required.

Jenyne Mariposa visits Salt Lake City for a Series of Advanced Pole Classes

June 16, 2007. Jenyne is a multi-talented entertainer and model. She performs aerial artistry on silks, trapeze, hoop, spanish web, hammock, and pole. She has performed all over and trained with Cirque de Soliel artists. As a gymnast and yogi, Jenyne incorporates a variety of dance forms with cardio exercise, strength building, stretching maneuvers and fitness techniques to bring you the latest in pole dancing.
Utah's First Pole Social
Goddess Arts Academy held the first gathering of the Goddess in honor of the pole on May 1st. May Day is known for little girls in white dresses running around the pole with ribbons. However, in our search for the origins of pole dancing, we discovered that this day was about the pole representing the male, the masculine; and the women dancing around it represented the feminine. We wished to rekindle the roots of May Day. Therefore, holding Utah's first pole social, and inviting amazing pole dancers from Utah to unite in celebration. Goddess Arts plans to make this a tradition.
