We recommend that you wear shorts and avoid using lotions or oils the days you come to class.
Open Pole
(No Instructor)
This hour was designed to give our students time on the pole, to practice what they've learned in order to advance in pole classes.
This class is only $15 to attend (or free, if you purchased a Goddess on Stage package).

Chrome Pole
Beginner Pole Class
The revolution of the fitness evolution is on! Any woman can experience the basics of pole dancing while learning to
stay fit. We are the only pole dancing class in Utah that offers a spinning pole. This makes it much easier and more fun for
any woman of any strength, to learn pole dancing.

Brass Pole
Intermediate Pole Class
Now that you know your pole basics it's time to get tricky. This class
will get into some of your favorite moves you see in the clubs. It has been designed for the girl who wants to get upside-down. We
promise to get your legs over your head before this hour is over.

Platinum Pole
Advanced Pole Class
In this class we put all of your pole know-how together! You know the tricks and the spins, now come and learn the art of pole dancing. In Platinum Pole,
we begin a new routine on the first Saturday of every month, to teach our students grace and fluidity on the pole. This is fun, because we create a synergy of
movement, with 8 women dancing simultaneously.

The Art of Seduction
Flirting can be taught! This class offers instruction on how to catch a man's eye, give the
perfect lap dance, and how to remove your clothes gracefully and with ease. (You are not
required to remove your clothes during this class).

Grace and Confidence
Do you feel like an elephant in roller skates when it comes to dancing? This class will help
you look and feel more exotic, by teaching you healthy ways of attaining the dancer body you want.

How do they get that look? Learn all of the professional beauty secrets dancers use. In this class you will
learn the do's and don'ts of cosmetic surgery, hair and make-up, and clothing trends.

I Just Wanna Dance!
We offer this premium service for women who want to learn striptease in the privacy of
their own home. We come to you at your convenience and customize your lesson to your
individual needs and goals.
Price: $100/hour
$50 service fee for pole (optional)
The Goddess Pole Party
Impress your friends, family or anyone with a Goddess Pole Party. We bring a pole,
games, and even a costume trunk to get this party started. Laugh and sweat while you bring
out your inner sex kitten with your closest friends.

We bring games, gifts, and a pole! Laugh, sweat, and maybe cry while you celebrate your
